They moved us off of ICU to a regular room. These regular rooms are still in the same configuration as ICU, so you still get the same personal attention.
John had to have one IV removed, because it stopped working. John is hard to get an IV in, so they stuck him several times to find a vein. Nothing has worked, so we’re still waiting. A lot of pain and tears involved with this. They've called a trauma nurse to take care of business. Trauma is ALWAYS a bad word.
Tomorrow will be a big day. He gets the snake camera up his nose to determine what has happened since the surgery. Please pray that things go well, and that something else “exceptionally well” is happening! Our daughter’s homecoming is this weekend, and while I’ll be there, it would be great if Debby could be there as well. John is also ready to be home.
